Welcome to YWAM Sydney 318 in the name of the Lord and bless you, as you have called Abraham and blessed the nations of the earth, so that you, being faithful to God's call, have become Abraham's descendants, It will be a passage. "The LORD said to Abram," Depart from your hometown, your relatives and your father's house, and go to the land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great. You will be blessed, I will bless those who curse you, and I will curse them, and all the nations of the earth will be blessed through you "(Genesis 12: 1-3)

Before Jesus ascended, he told his disciples that they would go all the world, preach the gospel to the people, and make disciples of all nations. By the way, what the disciples should do before obeying the word and leave is to wait in the power of God as Luke 24:49 says.

 

"Behold, I will send unto you what my Father promised, and ye shall stay in this city till you are clothed with power from above." We must wait until we are empowered by waiting for the Holy Spirit promised through our training. When the watchman is waiting for the morning, as a thirsty deer thirsts to find the stream (Psalm 42), you will surely meet him if you wait for him and seek him (Proverbs 8: 17-19). He will rejoice and be glad and be content with Him. Our hope and joy is in Him.
